3D Plotting Libraries/Classes?

Does anyone know of a good 3D plotting library/class I can use? I did a search on here, Code Project and Google but couldn't find anything.

One source of a decent graphing library that I have used is called PEGraph. You can read about it at ProEssentials web site (http://www.gigasoft.com).

I just need a X, Y, Z plot and the capability to be able to zoom and rotate.
