How to change the Brightness and Contrast

Hi!!


Can any body pls tell me how to change the brightness and contrast of a DICOM image on mousemove.Brightness should be changed when I move the mouse in the horizantal direction and contrast should be changed when I move the mouse in the vertical direction.
