Hotkey & LockWorkStation

Is it possible to receive WM_HOTKEY message when workstation is locked by LockWorkStation? By default the message WM_HOTKEY doesn't work in this case. Is there any solution, trick, maybe this can be done with service, etc?

I don't think it is possible, it is in another desktop, you have to register the hotkey in that desktop, but you can't...
