When i deploy an application to the web server sometimes i get this error message and application does not work at all.
It just returne this error.
"Oracle error occurred, but error message could not be retrieved from Oracle."
I have tried resetting the IIS but the problem still remains.
Then the strange thing is, after a few days the error does not occur and
my application becomes ok again.
The days varies between 1 day to a
week.
Its so strange this behavior. Any one can help!
