1. Project Manager:
The role requires Project Control Management within a project or group of projects, and in consultancy support for projects. This role requires expertise in project control systems and processes, including project planning and risk management.
Duties and Tasks
Project Manager may undertake the following tasks:
• Manage quality management activities, and contributes to process improvements over time.
• Budgeting, estimating, measuring progress and risk management.
• Manage the resource requirements in terms of hardware, software and people, ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
• Act as a mentor and ensure that the team works effectively.
• Monitor process compliance, through sample checks, and take corrective action in case of non-compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Improve business processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance to strict planning standards
• To provide schedule/planning support to multiple (two or more) module leads.
• Adopt model program life cycle, ensuring the agreed program and project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout and ensure alignment with corporate standards
• Risks and Issue management
• Produce and collate reports from multiple projects
• Should be able to analyze various project data for impacts from Requirement Change Requests, Critical Path Analysis, High Level milestone reporting, Resource analysis, etc.
• Project interdependency management
• Experience of planning & tracking against large rollout projects desirable
• Experience in using Project Management Tools
• Excellent People Management Skills
• Sound Knowledge of SEI/ISO Processes
• Proven leader to manage projects, vendor management, scheduling, and deliver high quality products.

2. Testing Lead:Key Skills: Web testing, black box testing, automated testing tools, manual testing, Quality related procedures. Must have experience of .Net Product framework and related functional and performance testing. SQL Testing qualification is an added advantage.
A minimum of 5+ years of cumulative experience developing or testing application software with at least 1 years experience in leading and managing Quality efforts.
Instill better Quality practices and methodologies;
Conduct performance planning, testing, analyzing, tuning and monitoring exercises in liaison with the development team business, support group and QA resources. Design, develop and implement complex test automation both at the functional and system level. Identify, report and monitor defects.
Experience with all aspects of the application QA lifecycle, including the analysis and review of requirements and specifications, writing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, functional testing, performance testing, with familiarity with SCM tools
Good architecture concepts on .NET. Ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with teams across Norway, Middle East and India
