Any Remedy developers out there?
I use AR System Remedy. I have designed a Crystal report (v8.5) and embedded it in an activelink. I do not know how to filter records, as the report
also prints the empty record fields which I want to filter. I only want to see only the records on the report that are entered by users. Just want to eliminate/filter NULL fields.
Please help.
