How to stop sqlmangr.exe in command prompt ?

You can use the SCM - Service Control Manager utility to achieve what you want. Type scm -? to get a full descriptive syntax.

I am newbie in databse .I used MSDE . to uninstall MSDE from installshield
it ask for to stop sqlmangr.exe. My question is to how we end this process through command prompt.
