Supress row if blank

I need to suppress row if condition '' is TRUE
IIF({@Secondary_Contact_Not_Equal_Primary}<>'',"Secondary Contacts:",''))


Crystal help gives me 'supress' help as 'click a button' stuff. Is there code help in Crystal 9.0?
It had been 6 years ago when I used Crystal...please, help.

Right click on the left corner of the details section
Select Section Expert
In the suppress option there is button labled x-2
Click that and write you formula there
