PRINTING problem from VB

Im using Crystal Reports 8.5 with VB6 and displaying a report using Crystal viewer control.

Preview comes up fine but when I click PRINT button, Printer dialog comes up, but clicking OK, nothing happens !!!

Printer is directly connected and there is a network printer as well. Other applications print absolutely fine, even Crystal Report from its own window (without VB) works find. I have tried with Crystal report 10 also, but the same problem!

Can someone HELP Please???

In my case I was printing on one of those big photocopiers/printers..... and after alot of testing, I found out the error was from the printer.
I called up the printer tech and I think he updated some driver...... everything worked fine from there on.

Sorry for the stupid questions, but make sure:
1. you select the right printer from the list
2. the printer is on
3. try playing around with the spooling option (the one where u choose to start printing before or after all documents are spooled into the printer)

my problem has been sorted out... I updated my Crystal Report installation with Service Pack3, and it worked! Everything else was alright....
