hi everyone,
I've been developing websites for couple of years now. I'm very comfortable with html. I also have experience with server side scripting languages such as asp and php. but I'm new to flash.
I've a asp page (database driven) where I'd like to embed a flash music/video player. I'm thinking, the web page will display list of songs on one side and the flash player on the other side. Once the user selects a song, it will be played by the flash player. Also, the songs and video files (mp3, wma, mpeg etc) will reside on a separate folder (for example - songFolder) and the reference (song title) to those songs will be stored in an access database. so, in the asp page, song titles will be populated from the database and which after being clicked will reference to the actual songs in the songFolder which in turn will be played by the flash player.
can anyone help me find a flash player that plays both music and video files. and the direction to embed it to my asp page.
thank you in advance for your time.
Andy.
