sdk for programming for phones like siemens,sonyericsson

Is there any sdk or api for siemens , sony ericsson,motorola to program in vb6.0 such i can able to get the contacts and read sms from the phone to pc

or else can any one suggest a proper programming way to connect to phones and read contacts and sms

I don't know about VB but there are so many programming lang.
In which you can do this.
1) Symbian (C++)
2) J2me (Java)
3) BlackBerry (java,c++)
4) BREW (C)

i have gone through this site but none helps in getting contacts from phone (siemens, sonyericsson,motorola mainly series 45 & 55)

say im developing an application to get the backup of contacts in phonebook like name,home number, office number......

but i didnt find any relevant sdks to this.
and nokia provides PC connectivity sdk3.0 i need similar to that.
