Find word game

maybe with a simple 10x10 find a word game...the words will be joined together to form the cross-word like game....then all the blank space with be occupied with random alphabets...

is there any neat algorithm that I can apply to this...I use Flash actionscript...

any suggestion is welcomed...thanx..

BTW, where can I get the Java codes(as written in the article)....because Flash actionscript is somewhat same as Java....but don't mind this if you're busy..;)
