CamStudio needs your help ...

Hi there

I have the source code for a Windows program called CamStudio which records a users desktop (audio and video) saving it as an AVI file and can also convert the AVI into SWF (streaming Flash) ...

I've repeatedly tried to hire developers to help me fix bugs and add new features but they've all failed, either not answering my emails or just "doing a runner" ... :(

I'm looking for a developer with some experience with VC++ and SWF ...

The "Recorder" part of the source code (which I managed to dig up) seems to generate errors during compilation and since I'm not a coder, I don't have the first clue on how to fix them ... :)

Is there anyone who can help me ...?

I'd also be interested in hearing from developers who would like to help continuously improve the software as part of an Open Source project at SourceForge ...

I'm hoping to start taking donations which would support development and would be used *only* to pay coders for their work ...

Once again, I'm not interested in making money from this ... I'm doing this purely for "karma", giving back to the Internet community ...
