MSDN Headache

Hello, I have Visual Studio 2003 (professional) on my system, along with the complete 1.7 GB of MSDN. For quite some time now, MSDN started giving me problems. For example: If I were to do a Search, then click on one of the results, Microsoft Installer pops up and wants to install something. It just says installing. :confused: When I click on the Cancel button, the same happens again.

What Should I Do ¿

did u try uninstalling msdn and installing from scratch?

No, I've actually avoided that, because I don't want to sit up ALL NIGHT again in front of my pc.. :rolleyes:

But it seems the only option :confused: , or is there a way around this, and why all of a sudden it started happening ¿

MSDN stuff is a pain in the back side. I have had problems in the past with it. and it doesnt take all night to install it, just takes a couple of hours to reinstall it. you might give it a try.
