Where can i get GLUT whose version is 4.X?

i only can get glut3.7 on http://www.xmission.com/~nate/glut.html

and i got another url http://www.opengl.org/resources/libraries/glut.html

where can i get gult of 4.x or higher?

any tip would be appreciated.

I don't think there is an official GLUT 4.
