What's the industry standard unit testing tools

I'm trying to help our company to find our a better unit testing tools for c++, and anybody has idea which tools is the industry standard or better one? I find parasoft c++ test is a good one for unit testing and code review.

I have no experience with it, but I often hear about IBM Rational Rose.
