Application developed with VB 6 and crystal 6. Created setup with installshield and installed it on a machine having win 98. when crystal report is opened, the export operation fails. The icon gets clicked. It is not shown as disbled. bu no action takes place. Hence, exporting get disabled.
Same operation tried on win2000. Exporting option works fine here. Is the problem specific to OS? What is the soluition?
