MDI window in resources, is it possible ?

I want to define an MDI window within resources, is that possible, if yes then I would like to know how ?

Secondly if it is possible then what function do I use to create it ? CreateDialog, DialogBox, or what else (if any) ?

Any help is highly appreciated.
