When you refresh a website, you're automaticly on its top. How can I force IE or Mozilla to focus on the same part of website on which I've been before refreshing? It is especially important when you have sites where you have to scroll in order to view all content.

When refreshing a website it is like loading it for the first time. You cannot make a browser focus on a certain part. You can change your screen resolution to work with larger viewing size. If the table goes way off the side, then that is a fault on the programmers/designers fault.
