The report I have created so far contains a running total field that increments one for each record and a maxavailable field that contains the max number that are available. I am trying to create a field that will decrement my maxavailable field by one for each record that it reads. When the maxavailable field is equal to 0 I want it to show the date associated with that record in the header.
