crystal report for .net

I am using crystal report for vs.net 2002. I add a crystal report to vb ASP.NET project. I add a CrystalReportViewer control to a webform and set the web server control to display the report in IE. The report include chart and date. the data can be displayed in IE, but the chart can't be displayed in IE. why?
