Win2000 Cut-Paste Problem...

I am using windows 2000 professional with SP3.

When I use the computer, after some time I get an error of svchost crashing and cut paste stops. not can I move(drag and drop) icons....

What could be wrong ?

How do I correct it ?

The problem was solved by hot FIX: KB823980, KB835732, SP3, Antivirus scan and ZoneAlarm Firewall.

After whichthere has been no crashes, no cut paste problems.

The problem started ince 2004 June. I was using win 2000 on a HP vectra since 2001 to 2003 when the computer was disposed off and a hp desktop d220 MT was bought in 2004 June. I thought it was a hardware conflict.

A lot of people seem to have this problem.
