ok im workng on a site for my schools frisbee team, and i just got my first video, and i want to mak it thumbnail is there an easy way of doing this, i suppose i can always print screen, but tht will take forever

If you have the video editing software you may be able to save one frame of the vide as a JPEG or GIF to use on the site, otherwise you can try a print screen, paste into a paint app and crop it. This shouldnt take too long. HOWEVER I was recently doing this and found that when taking any screen shot that the media box always come up invisible.
You could always try taking a digital photo of the video when paused and then crop and resize appropriately.
