Virtual PC 2004 on Win 2003 Svr

Hi All,
I'm installing Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 on Microsoft Windows 2003 Server. During installation I get the message that this is not supportet OS for Virtual PC (only Win 2k and Win XP). Never less installation continues and I'm able to install and run Virtual PC. Does anyone know what could go wrong when I'm using Virtual PC on Win2003?

I have a related question. I am trying to install on WinXP Home edition. The same warning and the same behavior of proceeding with installation.

Has anyone come across any known issues ?

If I have to setup a new guest OS as WinXP, do I need to have the WinXP install CD when I set it up ?
What about activation of this copy of XP ? Does it still happen like in a normal PC ?
