windows 2000 cannot show the wizard

I used windows 2000 professional edition.

and i connect my camera (Sony T1) and i can check that new hardware is attached... and i can open the driver....

however, it would not open the wizard for me to change the file name and the storage directory....

i am sure that the driver for my camera is installed successfully...

If your computer recognizes the camera and you can access it through My Computer, then the drivers are installed correctly. The problem exists in the OS shell or 3rd party software conflict.

If your computer does not recognize the camara and cannot access it, then it is the driver.
