/useenv switch

I'm running devenv.exe with the /useenv switch to change the environment settings of Visual C++ .NET. It works. But when I launch devenv without this switch I'm not getting the default settings . I'm getting the settings of the last time I lanched devenv with /useenv

I didn't have the problem in MSDEV 6.0.
