Hi Guys,
I just wanted to know what is the procedure/pre-requisites to become a Most Valueable Professional??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

PS: I am not sure if this is the place where I should ask this Q?. If this is not the place, then I would request moderators to move the thread to the proper place and let me know..

It is a good place to ask this question... Proof your knowledge for a "while" and help other people. Work hard and maybe Microsoft will award you...

Actually recently there was an announcement by Brad regarding some people getting MVP status..

So I was just thinking how long does it take to become MVP and what are the advantages..

Pre-requisites/ Procedures??

A detailed explanation will help me in getting a better understanding.. and mayb i can plan to achieve that goal that way....

I am off for the day (itz been a long one).. will catch up tomowrrow...

I beleive they do take in to consideration the forums like codeguru... i m not sure though..
