Problem with hyperlink

I am using seagate crystal report8.5. I have a table with a column called failure whose values are either Y or N.
I would like to provide a link to the failure column whose value is Y but still displaying the entire rows(both Y and N). I am new to Crystalreport.
Please help me to get around this problem.
