i get a message "Unable to print" when i click on the print button to print a crystal report opened through a Java Viewer.When i load the report using Java Viewer an applet get initialized a security dialog appears Stating optons like "Grant This Session", "Grant always" etc,when i click on "Grant This Session" the print option works fine,in some cases the security dialog is not seen and when i click on the print button to print the report i get a message "Unable to print".
i am using windows 2000 advanced server and JRE1.3.1_08/JRE1.3.1_11
