What would be some job titles that would fit someone who does all of the following job functions...

- Website management and programming
- Designing and writing pc applications
- Database design
- Data Processing Management/Programmer staff management
- Gives advice on software and computer systems to buy

But seriously, I would have to say something like Information Technology Manager/Consultant is the closest to fitting the entire list of job duties. Whoever has this as their job duties is doing the work of five people (should be paid as such, too).
