Hello friends,

I have around 3 years of VB 6.0,MS-SQL expierince.I am thinking to shift to Quality Testing (CMM) field.
My question to all of you is shifthing from programming to Quality Assurance will be advisable.

Well, its hard to say yes or no about that. Everyone has there own reasons to do something. One thing that is suitable at one time for someone, not necessarily be suitable for some other person, some other time, some other place.

Nevertheless, I don't find QA as challenging and thrilling as development. But you may have your own reasons to go for it.

As I'm dumb enough that one liners don't give me much idea, so I can't help any more...sorry

Depends on whether you will be able to cope with the change. Personally, I feel it's not as challenging as development (I work as both a developer and a QA specialist). However, it varies from one person to another.
