common language runtime debugging error

i am running windows xp with sp2, and i have recently installed sim card manager software on to my pc , now when i run the program this error message keeps appearing: sim card manager setup.exe common language runtime debugger service, application has generated an execption that cannot be handled. process id=0x9dc(2524) thread id=0x84c(2124). can any one tell me how to fix this, or are there any downloads i can get please. I have tried everything i know. I am still a bit of a novice.

I am going to assume you are not using vc++ to call any api's for the software so I've moved it here. If you are then you should post the code you are using.

If not then find the vendors website and look in their knowledge base, download, or support section.
