Ok, the way I have my Windows XP Home set up is that I have my limited account (where I spend 95% of my time goofing around) and my admin account (when I need to install things) so that I stand a less likely chance of getting a virus. Now as said before, I need my admin one in order to install programs and I've installed a game in that account, now I would like to have my user account be able to run that game, it didn't do that automatically. How can I do that?

I guess you could try it out. But, you'd be assuming that the programmer(s) of the game wrote it so you don't have to be admin. For windows programmers, that's not a valid assumption.
Copy or move the icons under your admin account
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\YourGame
to the profile for All Users.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\YourGame

You should just share the folder. The reason they need admin is they are most likely using one of the 'gag me with a spoon' anti-pirate packages [such as macaroni visions] and need to install drivers.
