How to move the list box's scroll bar from right to left

I've a Label(Header) and a list box on a panel and the panel is in scrollpane, so I can scroll Header and list box together. The problem is the list box's scroll bar is on the right hand side which is not visible unless user scrolls towards right. I either want to move the list box's scroll bar to left so it will be visible all the time, or disable the list box's scroll bar and use the scrollpane's vertical scroll bar. Is this possible???
