Hello,
I am trying to write a Windows VideoConference app using DirectShow and Visual C.
Are there any open source projects which perform the following
in Visual C with Direct X IN windows:
Grab from a Web Cam
Encode the result using H261 or H263 Filter.
put the result in some buffer so it can be sent over a network .
I had looked at DirectX samples and tried to write someting using them but
too much is missing for me.
