How to create a special folder?

I encountered a folder which has a name "..." on my pc. I tried to create a folder named "...", but I failed! I couldn't access this folder, moreover, I couldn't delete it!
I knew the folder contains many files, but I couldn't access them. sigh!

Who can tell me the why?

It can be a FAT error.
Try to scandisk your hard disk.

If it does not works, try to rename the directory with rename ... ADirectoryName.
