Need Help Please

Hey, i have installed apache. i installed php, and then i added the right lines to httpd.conf. then i run apache.exe (server is up). and all my files work and i can see them, but only from my pc and my LAN. but i want others to be able to see it. please note: i have a router, and i forwarded port 80. this is my server:

alos pinging gives :

isn't your machine up 24hours ?
or maybe you don't have a static IP !!!

Ehh ? is that the IP for the router or the server ?.
If the router is forwarding requests on port 80 to the server, people outside your LAN would need to use your routers IP (the external one of course, not the IP your computers uses as a gateway to the internet).
