Who is Exclaim Recruiting Agency? Exclaim Recruiting Agency is owned and operated by former employees of Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. (Austin) The agency was started by senior partners Jean Orrison and Elaina Frizzell in early 2004 because of their interest in improving upon the “typical” services offered by contingency agencies. Their goal is to distinguish themselves from others agencies by respecting the time and talents of candidates as well as employers. Some of the ways they accomplish this task is by responding to all candidate inquires, always asking a candidate’s permission prior to submitting information to employers and by staying in touch with candidates through a monthly newsletter full of valuable information. Jean spent well over nine years as the Director of Human Resources for Acclaim assisting all the development studios including the studios in the UK. So, she knows and understands the challenges facing hiring managers and is better able to assist them with their hiring needs. Elaina’s fifteen-year business management career in the music, video and software development industries rounds out this dynamic duo. Collectively, Elaina and Jean have well over 20 years of industry recruitment experience and as a result they have developed many relationships. Put them and the staff of Exclaim to work for you. Exclaim is currently in the process of finalizing their website and expect it to be up and running in early February 2005.
