How to include .lib files in VS.NET 2002 ? [Archive]

I can't find a place to include .lib files in this version. I can just see directory includes, not file-includes.

I need to include Winmm.lib in my build.

I found the place to include .lib files and it works. Still confused why the linker category wasn't there before though.
