Get a browser that has popup blocking. Most do now. IE6, FireFox, netscape all have builtin popup blockers. The 21st century welcomes you.

the only software you can write that effectively controls a website is a proxy server, that filters out certain parts of the page before the browser even sees it. i has been done before.. www.webwasher.com
