If you want a no nonsense text editor with syntax highlighting then use vim:

I dont want a text editor. I need an ASP editor which can understand HTML and ASP code, will have syntax highlighting, code completion, form designer, etc....

Sorry then, I can't think of any off the top of my head. Then I don't really code in asp.

If you can get it, DotNet ide is nice even to build asp pages with previous tecnology...

Well, Macromedia Dreamweaver is also a kind of ASP Editor, can just have a look at it.
