Requirements: Cold Fusion/SQLServer, PHP/Perl/Apache/PostgreSQL, Java/C++, CVS
Compensation: Salary per skills and schedule, plus full payment of employee’s health, dental and disability insurance.
Candidate will be integral part of development activities. Initial responsibilities include working directly with senior management, clients and other developers on enhancement of the company’s main system, which includes e-mail campaigns, e-mail response, online chat and message board modules.
Individual must:
-Be comfortable working on both Windows and Linux platforms but prefer open source.
-Have proven track record in large, full-cycle web application development.
-Excel in web programming and product design.
-Be creative and resourceful when faced with development obstacles.
-Pride himself/herself on clean, quality, minimal error code.
-Work well independently and learn quickly.
-Possess strong entrepreneurial spirit and great communication skills.
-Place great value on end-user perception and experience.
-Thrive in small, multi-tasking atmosphere of an early-stage software environment.
Expertise or previous experience in the following areas would be a plus:
-Systems administration and security
-COM Objects, e-mail management or campaign software
-Video streaming technologies
-Search engine optimization
