hello Mr.Babu,
I am sending this mail to your personel address because i do not know how to sent into your codeguru address.i want your help personnaly.that is why i am sending in this address.
Here in the report you can see the Column 6a which is dearness allowance column.we are creating this for a school.They need the total of the balance of each month and also the total of all balance in the end of the page and that total shold be carried out to the next page.
here we can get the total of every month.you can see in 6a column the total of the balance is correct.At the bottom of the page our trouble start.the very first thing is that for ever name there should be three or four cloumns that is for DUe ,Drawn and balance .but here you can see the bottom of the page there is only due and drawn here and the other column skipped into the next page . how can we correct that problem.if there is now space for three columns then it should start from the next page.
problem no.2 is that the month total shown at the bottom is not correct.if a single moth is comming in one page then there is no problem.The problem arises when there entries of the one month go into the next page.if there are six entries in the month of january and only five is shown in the first page and one entry goes to the second page then the page total of the first page is the whole total of all the six entries.the page total in the first page should only be the sub total of five entires and that value should be taken into the next page and should be added there only .this two are not working .can you help me in this matter .i am eagerly looking for your reply.just becasue i am real trouble with this thing.
