As a side note....I don't think that the way you are doing that (the first 5 sign-ups will be admin and so forth) is the most practical one...don't you want people that are reliable, know their stuff, have experience rather than anyone who just happens to be the fourth signup?

Thats why I have used word evalution(test) the tests would be taken on bases of pirority of signup...
