How can i create a component in ASP.Net?(Urgent Plz)

Hi ,

I am new to ASP.Net.. I am trying to create a graph component.. I already had the component..

For that component i should have the feature of placing as a button in the ToolBox and strech property during the run time..

Can any one help me in this regard.
