I'm looking for recommendations of books or tutorials about Windows Forms Applications (.NET), especially on Drawing stuff using GDI+.

A good place to start is here at codeguru. Check the forums.
http://www.codeproject.com is another good choice

Also check MSDN they will have documentation and examples.
