Pop-up Blocker

Hi all,

I have come up with a problem that with the Windows XP ServicePack2, I cannot
create pop-up windows with my JavaScript code unless I turn off the pop-up
blocker via Internet Explorer Tools menu.

I wonder if there is a way to turn off the pop-up blocker through Windows XP
register settings, and if so i guess i need the name of the register key and the
value to set it.

i would appreciate all recommendations.
