To load a bitmap image in dialog box

I will really appreciate if anybody can help me in loading a bitmap image in to dialog box using VC++..
Please help me and reply if you need further information from me.
I am working on this and ur help will be appreciated.

From where you want to load the bitmap? From a resource or from a file?
