Your ideas are highly welcome. TheCPUWizard October 14th, 2004, 07:24 PM This is really an open ended question. Key factors include the target audience, application type and many other features. If you could provide some more datilas, I might be able to be more specific. beakman October 14th, 2004, 10:10 PM Sure, here's my details...Iam a freelance software developer. Just last january i was lucky to close a deal in an electric company here in the Philippines. The task was a total rewrite from scratch with their system that was made in foxpro 2.6 using vb powered with ms sql. They have hired 3 companies to build it but all of them failed. And now im the fourth one. Compared to other companies they have 5-12 army to solved the problem while as for me i am a one man one army. Despite this I work so hard 14 hrs a day. And now it's almost complete. My question is this since the company have a mis department definitely they will need to buy my source code. And since they use foxpro definitely they must be train to learn new languages such as vb, ms sql and crystal reports. The comapany shoulders my board and lodging. If you are in my situation how do you possibly charge them with source code and training? thanx codeguru.com
