Allow user to move pictureBox in C++ .NET 2k3

Im coding a card game for a uni project and I need to allow the user to move pictureBox objects - I never used .net before so have no idea how it works for dragging objects like this. example much appreciated

I believe that in the properties menu you have to make it FORMBORDERSTYLE to sizable? Thats what i believe
